Chancel Choir Schedule

Hi Choir Family,

Paul said ,“If you declare with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord’,

and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead,

you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe,

and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.”

(Romans 10:9-10)

ANNOUNCEMENTS:

-- We sing at the 11:30 AM service on Sunday, Jan. 29. Our anthem is “Cantique de Jean Racine” by Faure. Please have your robes on and be in your seats by 10:50 AM for rehearsal.

-- Many thanks to those of you who have already responded to Chris’s concert survey, which I sent out recently. For the rest of you, please try to complete the very short survey form and get it back to me by tomorrow (Thursday) evening’s rehearsal (Jan. 26).

-- Superbowl is fast approaching, and so is SOUPERBOWL, our major food and cash drive for the local needy. Please pick up your Souperbowl grocery bags in the choir room, and bring them back on Superbowl Sunday, Feb. 5, filled with food (with cash wrapped around the cans). Over the last 10 years, our congregation has donated $32,000 and 41,000 cans/packages of food for local charities! In these hard economic times, people need our help even more!

-- Please be sure to get around and welcome our new members and returning members, and tell them how happy we are to have them singing with us!

-- It’s a good time to start listening to the Schubert CDs that Roger and Chris gave us recently...they really do help! Our in-service Schubert concert is less than seven weeks away!

-- File cabinet needed! Chris and Amy need a 4- or 5-drawer legal size file cabinet for the choir room. If any of you have a suitable file cabinet that you are willing to donate, please contact one of them.
